The Deed of Declaration of Trust here in after called MASTER TRUST is executed at Dindigul on this day of 28th June 2009, (Two Thousand Nine) by MR.K.Shankar, S/o R.Kannan Social worker by Profession residing at 412, Dr Govinthraj Nagar, 5th Street Siluvathoor Road, Balakrishna Puram, Dindigul- 624 005, Tamilnadu, India Hereinafter called the Founder Cum Managing Trustee of the Trust.
WHEREAS THE FOUNDER CUM MANAGING TRUSTEE is desirous of establishing irrevocable public charitable Trust for the purpose of carrying charitable objects including, Martial arts, sports, games, research, training, health, education, agriculture, environment protection, women development and all other development Programmes to rural poor and urban slums and advancement of any other objects of general public utility not involving the carrying any activity for profit within the Meaning of Section 2 (15) and 12A and 80 G of Income Tax Act, 1961 as amended from time to time for the benefit of the people of Republic of India, irrespective of caste, cream community of religion etc.,
The MASTER TRUST is a non – profitable, non – governmental Organization which is serving for the upliftment of the weaker sections, which has been promoted as an informal working team since 2003. It has done many developmental Programmes sporadically here and there in a small manner with initiative. Now the trustees felt the need and importance for its legal status to expand its intensive service activities. Thus the trustees of the trust desirous to register its status under the Indian Trust Registration Act.
WHEREAS THE FOUNDER CUM MANAGING TRUSTEE with a view to give effect to the said desire constituted a Trust appointing the trustees named in these presents as the first TRESTEE of the trust.
1. NOW THIS DEED OF INTENDTURE WITNESSTH AND HEREBY AGREED
AND DECLARED AS FOLLOWS:
The Trust hereby declared and constituted as a public charitable Trust and shall be called MASTER TRUST and at present shall be located at 412, Dr Govinthraj Nagar, 5th Street Siluvathoor Road, Balakrishna Puram, Dindigul- 624 005, Tamilnadu, India and auch other places as the Trustees herein may decide from time to time
2. a) The first Trustee of the Trust shall be Mr.K.SHANKAR, S/O R.Kannan, Social Worker by Profession residing at 412, Dr Govinthraj Nagar, 5th Street Siluvathoor Road, Balakrishna Puram, Dindigul- 624 005, Tamilnadu, India. Hereinafter called the Rounder Cum Managing Trustee of the Trust.
THE OBJECTS OF THE TRUST SHALL BE :-
i) To help formation of women organizations (Self Help Groups) to highlight their problems with a view to securing an equal place for them in the society. To know the importance of savings and creation of revolving fund and get loan from state, central government and other funding agencies and guide them to repay the loan without dues.
ii) To uplift the under developed villages by science and Technology awareness programme and developmental activities.
iii) To make popularize computer literacy in rural areas.
iv) The trust will conduct coaching camp, tournament, seminar classes and refreshment courses for the following sports and games like Aquatics, Archery, Athletics, Badminton, Chess, Basket Ball, Cycling, Equestrian, Football, Gymnastics, Handball, Hockey, Kabadi, Kayaking & canoeing, KhoKho, Lawn tennis, Netball, Rowing, Shooting, Table tennis, Volleyball, Weightlifting, Cricket, Skating, Swimming and Softball etc..
v) The trust also conduct Events, Grading and Training Progress on the following Martial arts like Boxing, Taekwondo, Karate, Kung-fu, Silambam, Fencing, Judo, Sumo, Wrestling, Malla-yuddha, Kickboxing, Muaythai, Kalari, Kobudo, Jeet Kune do and Wushu etc..
a) The first Trustee of the Trust shall be Mr.K.SHANKAR, S/O R.Kannan, Social Worker by Profession residing at 412, Dr Govinthraj Nagar, 5th Street Siluvathoor Road, Balakrishna Puram, Dindigul- 624 005, Tamilnadu, India. Hereinafter called the Rounder Cum Managing Trustee of the Trust.
b) Miss.M.KAVITHA, D/O M.Muthukrishnan, Social worker by Profession residing at Kudi street,Seelapadi, Dindigul624 005.Tamilnadu, India. Hereinafter Called Trustee cum Secretary
c) Mr.M.DURAI MUTUGAN, S/O M.Murugan, Social worker by Profession residing at 65/5 - A1, Nethaji Nagar, Nagal nagar, Dindigul624 002.Tamilnadu, India. Hereinafter Called Trustee cum Secretary
d) Mr.S.ABIRAMI, W/O Sathyamoorthi, Social worker by Profession residing at , Dindigul624 002.Tamilnadu, India. Hereinafter Called Trustee cum Secretary
e) Mr.P.SALOMON XAVIER Social worker by Profession residing at Savoiyar patty, malvar patty – PO, Dindigul. Hereinafter Called Trustee cum Member.
All the above Trustees shall be constituted the Board of Trustees and Mr K.Shankar shall be the Managing Trustee of the Trust. The number of Trustees shall not be less than three and not more than nine. The minimum and maximum must be decided only by the Managing Trustee at any time if he thinks it will be conducive for the proper running of the Trust. In Minimization of the Trustees required by the Managing Trustee may reduce the number of the Trustees in Board according to his will at any time.
